MUMBAI: Raj Television Network Ltd will be launching four new music channels, which will collectively be called Raj Musix. The four channels will be telecast in Tamil, Telugu, Kannada and Malayalam languages and will also include music programmes in English and Hindi.
Raj TV has set aside a budget of Rs 40 million (Rs 4 crores) for the channels. While the Tamil channel will go on air on 23 January, the other three will be set up in the coming few months.
The 24-hour music and lifestyle channel will target not only the youth, but also all those who have a passion for music and other finer things in life.
