MUMBAI: The magnum opus Tamil film Sivaji: The Boss starring the southern superstar Rajnikant is slated to release in May this year.
“Sivaji is made on a lavish scale. This is Rajnikant’s 154th film and everyone is eagerly awaiting its release. The film will be released in the first or second week of May. Palakkad Govindhan of G.S.R. Combines who has bought the rights for a whopping Rs 31 million (Rs 3.10 crores) will be releasing 250 prints of the movie in Tamil Nadu.”
Sivaji: The Boss had a major shooting stint in Bombay and is directed by S. Shankar. Meanwhile, the music of the film will be released towards March end.
