MUMBAI: Director Rajkumar Santoshi has completed the entire shooting for Hallabol. Plans are to release the movie in June – July this year.
Hallabol stars Ajay Devgan, Vidya Balan, Pankaj Kapoor amongst others. It is produced by banker-turned-filmmaker Abdol Samee Siddiqui with Studio 18 as the co-producer. Sukhwinder Singh has provided the musical score for the film.
Speaking to Businessofcinema.com, Siddiqui says, “Hallabol is a hard-hitting film. Ajay Devgan plays an actor in the film. It is about a young guy who grows from theatre to become a film actor. Life then takes a twist, which changes the whole equation. The shooting of the film is completed and we are looking forward to release the film in June – July.”
