MUMBAI: The Anandalok Purashkar 2009 event held in Kolkata awarded Rani Mukherjee and Neil Nitin Mukesh for their roles in Dil Bole Hadippa and New York respectively.
Mukherjee won the Critic’s Choice award for Best Actress for her role in Dil Bole Hadippa while Neil was awarded the Popular Choice Actor Award for his performance in New York.
Anandalok Purashkar is held to recognize excellence in film and television by Anandalok, a Bengali language film magazine. It is published by Ananda Publishers and Ananda Bazar Patrika.
