Salman Khan – Katrina Kaif to shoot Ek Tha Tiger climax stunt in Bangkok

Salman Khan - Katrina Kaif

MUMBAI: Katrina Kaif is nearly done with Cuba. Plans to shoot the last critical action scene of Kabir Khan’s Ek Tha Tiger in Sri Lanka have now been changed. Some in the unit think the Sri Lankan jungles are unsafe.

The location for this climactic stunt is now being shifted to Bangkok.

Says a source close to the project, “Salman and Katrina will complete all their action scenes in Cuba. Only one very important action scene remains. And for that a jungle location was required. The unit had decided to shoot in the densely forested interiors of Sri Lanka where Ram Gopal Varma had shot his horror film Agyaat. But when Salman got to know it was dangerous territory with the LTTE (Liberation Tigers  Of Tamil Eelam) being active in that area, he put his foot down and suggested a change of venue.”

Apparently the climactic stunt is now being shifted from the volatile Sri Lankan jungles  to the relative safety of Bangkok.

Says Katrina’s business manager, “Katrina will wrap up her shooting of Ek Tha Tiger in Cuba and then move to London for the shooting of Mr Yash Chopra’s film. Yes, a portion of the action  scenes in Ek Tha Tiger remains. It will be shot either in Sri Lanka or Bangkok. Not sure right now.”
