MUMBAI: For his maiden production Chillar Party with UTV Spotboy, actor Salman Khan decided to write the introduction to the trailer.
The Chillar Party team wanted to take Salman Khan through the theatrical trailer. When he saw the trailer, he simply loved it but felt that it lacked an interesting punch. That punch was a voice over introducing the characters in the film.
So impromptu, Khan penned down the script and then dubbed it in his own voice and unique style.
Chillar Party is a fun film about a gang of innocent yet feisty kids from Chandan Nagar called Encyclopedia, Jhanghia, Akram, Secondhand, Panauti, Silencer, Aflatoon and Shaolin in whose lives enter two strangers Fatka and Bheedu and how things revolve around their lives making each other an inseparable part of Chillar Party.
Co-directed by Vikas Bahl and Nitesh Tiwari, the music of the film is by Amit Trivedi. Chillar Party is slated to release on 8 July, 2011.
