MUMBAI: Director Samar Khan’s Shaurya has been selected for the Bollywood and Beyond Indian Film Festival Stuttgart in Germany.
The festival will be held from 15 to 19 July, this year.
Uma Da Cunha, curator of the annual festival informed Khan about the film’s selection. Speaking to Businessofcinema.com Khan said, “Shaurya has been selected for various international film festivals, be it Russia or Iran. And Stuttgart is a prestigious festival. I am deeply honoured.”
Khan is currently working on two different scripts with his Shaurya writer. He was, however, reluctant to give much details. “It is in a very nascent stage. We have two good ideas and we are developing it. Talking about it now would be very premature,” he said.
Khan will be attending the festival in Germany.
