MUMBAI: Sathyam Cinemas has launched its new eight screen multiplex in Chennai’s Express Avenue Mall.
Express Avenue is built over 10 acres in the heart of Chennai and is the first mall in Chennai to combine a shopping centre, office space, boutique hotel and multiplex in the same development. Five to six storey tower blocks for the hotel and commercial offices, will anchor either end of the development with the retail component occupying four floors, totaling almost 1 million square feet of retail space, located in the center.
