Shemaroo Videos has taken promotional strategies to another level, with the introduction of the Go Bananas. With Shemaroo Festival that started on 15 May 2006, valid only in 15 select retail outlets in Mumbai. The offer permits consumers to win either 1 kg of Bananas free from Golden Bananas or a discount coupon from Garcias Famous Pizza with every Shemaroo purchase. Shemaroo VCDs start from Rs. 66.
The offer has been publicised with uniquely designed POP that reads “A-kela Offer that will make you smile”

Nayak in Khar, Audio Junction in Santacruz, Music Shop in Vile Parle, Music Station in Andheri(w), New Sa Re Ga Ma in Malad, E-Lounge in Raghuleela Mall in Kandivili, Sa Re Ga Ma in Borivili, Embassy in Chembur, Smart Buy in Mulund, Jai Ganesh and New Symphony in Thane and The Shemaroo Video Store at Warden Road.
