Mumbai: The new model of the bestselling PSP (PlayStationPortable), the PSP-3000 series has been launched in India. This new iteration of the portable gaming and communications system from Sony will add two features to the PSP Slim and Lite (PSP-2000).
The new feature of PSP-3000 is its enhanced screen, an upgraded version of the high-quality screen of the PSP Slim & Lite. The screen is engineered to produce a wide range of colours, delivering more definition. And the anti-glare technology considerably reduces the glare caused by sunlight and harsh indoor lighting.
PSP-3000 also includes a built-in microphone. Users can say goodbye to microphone leads and head-pieces and can now simply speak into their PSP to communicate online – all that’s needed is a Wi-Fi connection.
"There is huge scope for Sony Computer Entertainment amongst the Indian audience with the introduction of the newly designed PSP – 3000. It has an advanced LCD viewing, which further improves the very popular, high resolution PSP display along with a built – in microphone, which brings a new dimension of gaming to the overall entertainment experience." said Sony Computer Entertainment country manager Atindriya Bose.
