MUMBAI: Sony Pictures’ The Bounty Hunter, which released on 23 April took in gross box office collections of approximately Rs 10 million (Rs 1 crore) in India. The film was released with 52 prints.
Sony Pictures India managing director Kercy Daruwala said, "The film benefited from the great chemistry between the lead actors, the unusual plotline, and the extraordinary buzz around the film. We are really proud of its amazing success, especially as it released during IPL cricket fever."
The movie stars Gerard Butler, Jennifer Aniston and Christine Baranski. It is directed by Andy Tennant.
