MUMBAI: Riding on the heels of IPL, Star Movies will air a series of blockbusters of the biggest Hollywood stars in the form of ‘Superstar League’ starting from 18 April 2009 at 11 pm, right after the IPL matches.
Featuring names in Hollywood like Oscar winners Sylvester Stallone, Jessica Alba, Oscar nominee Johnny Depp, Nicholas Cage, Super Star League will air 32 movies every night at 11 pm, right after the IPL Match (except Friday).
A few titles to watch out for: Die Hard 4.0, New Police Story, Ladder 49, Fantastic 4: Rise of the Silver Surfer, John Rambo, Rambo 2, Rambo 3, Rocky Balboa, 4 weddings and a funeral, Pirates of the Caribbean, From Hell, Bandidas, National Treasure Book of Secrets, Pulp Fiction, Wild Hogs, 1408, Equilibrium, Reign of Fire, 6 Days 7 Nights, Double Impact, Until Death, Danny the Dog, Kiss of the Dragon, The Terminator, The Princess Diaries, Crimson Tide, The Darjeeling Limited, Behind Enemy Lines, The Game Plan, Eragon, 28 Weeks Later, Scream 3, Apocalypto, Bad Company, Keeping the Faith and Species 2.
