Mumbai: Prime Focus Ltd will be merging its wholly owned subsidiary, Storemedia Technologies with the company.
The company’s board of directors at its meeting held on 30 April, 2008, has approved in principle to pursue the same. The scheme would be subject to all the necessary permissions, sanctions and approvals, including inter alia, of shareholders, lenders, Stock Exchanges, High Court to the Scheme of Arrangement.
