MUMBAI: Sun Direct will telecast the Indian Premier League (IPL) cricket matches in HD on Max. This is for the first time in India that the matches will make its appearance in High Definition TV format.
Sun Direct has joined hands with Max, who will provide the HD feed of the IPL matches from 12 March onwards. This telecast feed will not carry any advertisements. Combined with Dolby Digital for the audio and sound with 16:9 ratio this HD telecast will deliver in-stadia like experience to viewers.
