MUMBAI: Veteran filmmaker Rahul Rawail, along with younger members of the film fraternity, including Pradeep Sarkar, Shirish Kunder and Himesh Reshammiya have registered themselves as members of the Film and Television Producers Guild.
Deepak Sareen, Prakash Pange, Arindam Chaudhary and Deepika Gandhi have also joined the association, it is learnt.
While Rawail has films like Love Story, Betaab, Arjun and Dacait to his credit; Sarkar, recently made his debut film Parineeta produced by senior Guild member Vidhu Vinod Chopra.
Kunder has also recently made his directorial debut with his film Jaan-E-Mann produced by Guild member Sajid Nadiadwala.
Reshammiya has made a mark on the Hindi film music scene, both as a singer and music director, and is currently busy with his debut film Aap Ka Suroor as producer and actor.
