MUMBAI: Actor and VJ Salil Acharya will now make his debut on the big screen.
Acharya, who plays a negative character in Mukesh Bhatt’s Awaarapan, starring Emraan Hashmi and Ashutosh Rana, will be seen in quite a stylish and sophisticated avatar.
The actor will be dressed in many suave designer suits, expensive watches, shades and shoes. The interesting aspect, we learn, is that actor has put together his own wardrobe to get the right look for his character in the movie.
Nor was he over protective of the expensive designer baubles while performing stunts in the film. Says the actor, “Yeah, even though I was told by people to remove my expensive watch while doing a fight scene, I didn’t remove it as I felt it quite suited my character in the scene. I’m glad about this opportunity to work with the Bhatt camp. It’s been a great learning experience for me.” Touche.
