The country’s most-respected entertainment trade body The Film and Television Producers Guild of India Ltd. (“Guild”) has inked an agreement with Wizcraft International Entertainment Pvt. Ltd. to have the leading entertainment agency to conceptualize, produce, market and promote the Guild’s Apsara Awards.
The Guild’s Apsara Awards will honour the best talent and work in the business of films and television in two distinct ceremonies that would be held early next year.
With entertainment being one of its many strong suits, Wizcraft International Entertainment Pvt Ltd is known for the numerous extravagant and mesmerizing events it has brought to life in the past two decades, especially the International Indian Film Academy Awards which are held at prestigious international destinations every year.
Speaking about the partnership with Wizcraft, President of the Guild Mr. Ronnie Screwvala said, “The Apsara Awards, coming from the Core of the Industry itself, is and will grow to be the most Prestigious Awards for the Industry. With Wizcraft managing the event, I am sure this will be the most coveted Awards Ceremony for the Industry and the Film Going Audience.”

The Guild acts as unbiased judges giving accolades to their own peers for prominent work in the Industry. For Apsara 2007, the judging time frame for the same stretches from December 2006 to November 15 of this year.
