MUMBAI: Yash Raj Films has denied that it has signed actor Salman Khan for a movie, which is to be directed by Vijay Krishna Acharya (Tashan).

Contrary to media reports suggesting that the movie also stars R Madhavan and Ravi Kishen, the studio issued a statement saying, "We would like to clarify that this is a completely baseless and incorrect. Vijay is still in the process of writing his next script for YRF. No casting has therefore been done nor has anyone been considered for the same."

YRF is likely to make an announcement on Acharya’s next film as and when the script is finalised and the casting is complete.
