MUMBAI: Zee Studio will partner UTV-Palador in a new initiative in world cinema called ‘Olive Collection’, by showcasing the world’s finest movies every Sunday.
Under the Olive Collection, Zee Studio will showcase some of the bestsellers and the greatest cinema of all time from across the world. Some of the titles being shown at the exclusive screenings on Sunday afternoons at 3 pm include Akira Kurosawa’s phenomenal classic Seven Samurai, Robert Altman’s Kansas City and Magical Gabbeh directed by prolific and uniformly brilliant Iranian filmmaker Mohsen Makhmalbaf.
Commenting on this new initiative, Zee Studio business head Neil Chakravarti said, “As a channel committed to bringing quality cinema to Indian viewers, Zee Studio is proud to associate itself with Palador to showcase some of the best movies ever made.”
