[tps_footer]Former beauty queen, Sayali Bhagat, who was crowned Femina Miss India 2004 and won the title of Femina Miss India World got married to a family friend Navneet Pratap Singh, a Delhi based illustrious entrepreneur on December 10, 2013.
The wedding took place in a traditional Gujarati style at Hotel Sea Princess where the much in love couple, who have been dating each other for couple of months solemnized their relationship in the presence of close family members and friends.
Sayali Bhagat who shot to fame with her debut film The Train alongside Emraan Hashmi and Geeta Basra in 2007. Post that Sayali went on to do films in Bollywood as well as films down South. She starred in films like Halla Bol, Paying Guest, Jail, Naughty@40, Shout, Ghost, Rajdhani Express, The Saint Who Thought Otherwise (English) and regional movies like Blade Babji, Newton In Moondram Vidhi, Inkosaari and Kirkit just to name a few.
Navneet is a young entrepreneur from Delhi who has completed his MBA from E Philip Saunders Schools of Business (RIT) New York.
Both Sayali and Navneet met as their parents were known to each other and it was kind of love at first sight. As days passed by and they kept meeting, they realized that they were soulmates.
Sayali looked drop dead gorgeous in a Tarun Tahiliani creation. A grand reception is being organized at Delhi and the glitterati socialites, top notch politicians and entrepreneurs are expected to attend the same.
“I am glad that I opted for an arranged marriage and Navneet is perfect for me. With both families readily consenting, we decided to tie the knot at the earliest rather than spending time dating,” said the newly wed Sayali who was beaming with joy.
“What I liked most in Sayali was that her Bollywood background has not taken away from her the inherent simplicity and high regard for elders and the Indian culture that she absorbed while growing up,” added the groom Navneet.[/tps_footer]
