Arvind Kejriwal, the AAP leader is promoting the film Mango Man that has a strong connect with what he stands for: fight against corruption. The movie Mango Man revolves around a simple righteous boy of Delhi, played by actor Annkit Narrayan and his transition into a con man.
“Mango Man is a film that focuses on rising corruption in the political and judicial systems. The film is aiming towards depicting the real facts of our life, which are going around us and what a common man faced to fight for a justice. I have observed many journalists at work and have picked up their mannerisms for the role, and it’s not easy. Stars don’t have to struggle with the deadlines and assignments associated with a real journalist’s day,” said a very confident Annkit Narrayan.
Mango Man is a hard hitting subject about a real-life case. The whole story around corruption reflects strongly on the social realities. It is about corruption in politics, security and judiciary systems and how a common man is affected by it.
Coming back to Arvind Kejriwal: he is fighting against corruption in politics and judicial systems for common man rights. Nowadays people struggle for their own rights, in spite of living in independent country from last 65 years. Mango Man is based on a real-life incident, it depicts the common man’s fight against the flawed system and AAP leader Arvind Kejriwal will be seen inspiring others to stand for their own rights.
Arvind Kejriwal says in the trailer, “History has shown the greatest empire collapsed when people take a stand.”
