[tps_footer]Amitabh Bachchan, Salman Khan, Deepika Padukone, Kareena Kapoor and many many more. Bollywood stars literally rained on the red carpet of the 4th Big Star Entertainment Awards in Mumbai on Wednesday, December 18, 2013 evening. Reliance Broadcast Network Limited presents these awards annually in association with Star India to honor personalities from the field of entertainment, divided into movies, music, television, sports, theatre and dance. Who wore what? Here’s the style report: Deepika Padukone looked stunning in a basic while and black western outfit, that was a mix and match from various designers, put together by Anaita Shroff Adajania. Deepika could have looked even better, had she paid some attention to her hair as well. Full marks to her dress! Kareena Kapoor, who performed at the awards event, walked the red carpet in a gold Shantanu & Nikhil sari gown. Her entire look was muted. The gorgeous Kareena however didn’t know what to do with the pallu, which just kept handing on one side to show off the embroidered bodice, making it all look awkward. If she would have worn the sari in the regular way, it could have worked much better. Shilpa Shetty carried herself with a lot of poise and grace in a stunning Dolce & Gabbana gown. Her neck piece, which enhanced her look even further was by Nandita Mahtani, from Riya Jewelry. Shraddha Kapoor stunned in a blue gown by her designer friend Sonakshi Raj, while Mahie Gill stunned in a Pria Kataria Puri white gown. Sonakshi Sinha flaunted a Zara Umrigar gown with vintage YSL studs. The hair and make-up was impeccable, but it didn’t quite work with the beaded bodice of the gown. Also, those hideous sandals, aargh! It seems Sonakshi has the habit of ruining her very outfit and her entire look with the kind of footwear knowledge she or her designer has! Darling, you need to take time off and serious go shoe shopping! Mukti Mohan chose a Siddharth Tytler gown, and looked elegant and sensuous. Also present at the Big Star Entertainment Awards were Elli Avram, Sunny Leone, Manish Paul, Ayan Mukerji, Farhan Akhtar, Rakesh Roshan, Aditi Rao Hydari, Arshad Warsi, Soha Ali Khan among others.
