[tps_footer]Star Plus has launched the first ever Star Box Office India Awards, an awards ceremony that will recognize achievements of Hindi films at the box office.
Attending the event were big names like Shah Rukh Khan and Deepika Padukone amongst others.
Ali Zafar, who according to the reports will be seen hosting the show along with Ayushmann Khurrana, was seen in formals, paired up with a black leather jacket.
Shah Rukh Khan, who is busy promoting his upcoming movie Happy New Year these days was seen in formals, including a grey tie!
Deepika Padukone, co-star of Shah Rukh Khan in Happy New Year, came sleek in a long black mermaid dress.
Abhishek Bachchan who is also a part of the much talked about Happy New Year came in his usual black formal attire paired with a red handkerchief.
The Dabbangg villain Sonu Sood made a serious impression in black trousers with a minimal showing blue handkerchief.
Happy New Year stars Shah Rukh Khan, Abhishek Bachchan and Boman Irani posed with director Farah Khan. Farah and Boman matched their attire as both were seen in blue shades of clothing.
Both Farah Khan and Boman Irani worked in Shirin Farhad Ki Toh Nikal Padi.
Debutant in Happy New Year, Vivaan Shah also showed up in a different shade of formals, and paired it up with a multicolored handkerchief.
Shahid Kapoor who is celebrating the success of Haider was all smiles in a semi-formal attire.
Kajol Devgn also made an entry in the event in neon skirt and white lace top.
Riteish Deshmukh posed with his award in an Indian wear. He wore a watch that was similar to what Saif Ali Khan wore at Happy Ending trailer launch.
Sonakshi Sinha wore a Shantanu and Nikhil gown for the event. She completed her look with dark lipstick and minimal jewelry.
Heropanti fame Tiger Shroff also bagged an award as the most flexible actor of Bollywood came in a blue shirt and black pants.
TV actor Karan Wahi was also seen in a fun mood for the event, inspire of being dressed in serious formals.
Producer Ekta Kapoor was seen in a tourquoise one-shouldered as she posed with Mustaq Sheikh.
Yaariyan director and wife of T-series head Bhushan Kumar, Divya Khosla came in a pretty looking sari. She smiled with her award as she posed for the shutterbugs.
Kick producer Sajid Nadiadwala also bagged an award, and posed with his family for the paparrazi.
