DELHI: It’s rare that where Shah Rukh Khan makes an appearance at a party goes unnoticed. Delhi was host to the entire team of ‘Chennai Express’ where the entire team celebrated with the crème de la crème of the capital.
The promotions for the Shah Rukh Khan, Deepika Padukone starrer have been quite overwhelming. From city-tours within the country to London, Dubai, the party was just a perfect refresher for the stars in a way.
Shah Rukh Khan was at his formal best dressed in a navy-blue, three-piece suit, while Deepika Padukone stole hearts with her multi-coloured floral, sleeveless frock.
The highlight of the evening was the interaction between host Vir Sanghvi and the team of ‘Chennai Express’ and when the house was open for a Q&A session, it goes without saying that SRK enthralled his fans and audiences. While a few chose to ask questions, there were a few lucky ones to have danced with Shah Rukh Khan.
Also present at the event were, Ayaan Ali Khan, Amaan Ali Khan (sons of sarod maestro Ustad Amjad Ali Khan), Siddharth Roy Kapur, Gautam Gambhir amongst others.
Looks like it is one final stop for brunch at Delhi before Shah Rukh Khan and the entire team gear up to flag off ‘Chennai Express’ on 9 August.
‘Chennai Express’ is directed by Rohit Shetty and produced by ‘Red Chillies Entertainment’. It is being distributed worldwide by ‘UTV Motion Pictures’.
