Esha Gupta had played a middle class doctor in her debut film Jannat 2 and now in Humshakals, she is playing a doctor again. The only difference being, in Jannat 2 she wore salwar-kameez and was cast opposite Emraan Hashmi whereas in Humshakals she is seen wearing mini-skirts and is all glammed up.
