While a host of actors and friends were present at Sonakshi Sinha‘s birthday bash, we couldn’t help wonder where was rumoured boyfriend Shahid Kapoor. Sonakshi Sinha and Shahid Kapoor have denied rumours of their link-up.

Well of when we got to know was, Shahid Kapoor picked up Sonakshi Sinha from the venue after the party and the two went for a long drive.

“Shahid is really fond of Sonakshi and the two spend a lot of time in each other’s company. Since Sonakshi is in the midst of promoting her upcoming film, she hasn’t found the time to catch up with Shahid. So when he met up with her on the eve of her birthday, she was really delighted.” stated a close friend of Sonakshi.

Sonakshi Sinha even shared pictures of her birthday celebrations saying, “Holiday – Sona is never off duty. Not even on her birthday!! Cutting my twelth cake with Akshay Kumar. The blur behind is Vipul Shah our producer who dint give me an off.”
