MUMBAI: Kareena Kapoor Khan has been honoured by the members of Parliament of the British government and the Asian Sunday newspaper at the House Of Commons.
The event was held because of the launch of the London edition of the newspaper. Kareena Kapoor Khan was honoured for her contribution to the global entertainment industry.
Rt Hon Keith Vaz MP, Chairman of the Home Affairs Select Committee honoured Kareena Kapoor Khan. Coincidentally, Keith Vaz himself is of Indian descent.
Meanwhile, Kareena Kapoor Khan will get busy with the promotions of her upcoming film ‘Gori Tere Pyaar Mein’, which releases in India on 22 November 2013.
