AR Rahman who has composed the music for the film flew down from LA and performed to an awestruck crowd on the occasion of the music launch. Rahman had also performed live at an unplugged concert for Imtiaz Ali‘s Rockstar starring Ranbir Kapoor and Nargis Fakhri.
