MUMBAI: This week August 16th is Saif Ali Khan’s birthday. And the lovebirds – Kareena Kapoor and Saif Ali Khan have taken time out for a romantic getaway.
The pair were spotted at the airport looking quite annoyed by the attention, but also very cool in their casual attire.
The couple is heading to London for a 5 day holiday and have taken an off from their work commitments (Kareena from Heroine‘s dubbing and Saif from his Mauritius schedule of Go Goa Gone).
A source revealed that the duo has a favorite hotel in London which they have booked for the birthday celebration. “London provides us the privacy we seek to do normal things like take a walk at Hyde Park, take in a broadway show and just chill. So whenever there is a special occasion, we know where to head,” Kareena had earlier said to a daily, about her favourite holiday destination. This will be their second visit to the home of Big Ben in two months. They were there in June, with Saif’s mother and sisters, to attend a memorial lunch for the late Tiger Pataudi.
Meanwhile, frustrated by the media glare on the question of their wedding, Saif and Kareena are completely non-committal on the topic.
