MUMBAI: Shahid Kapoor has always been a ladies’ man, and he showed it once again when he attended a college festival at a famous girls’ college in South Mumbai.
The actor promoted ‘Phata Poster Nikhla Hero’ at the event but also delighted many audience members. ‘Phata Poster Nikhla Hero’ is his second film in three years. He also has director Prabhu Deva’s ‘Rambo Rajkumar’ coming this year. He said, “I am now enjoying being at work. These two films are fun projects and the perfect way to get back to work.”
Shahid Kapoor stood in his now famous pose from the film. He waltzed with a young college-going girl who was too shell-shocked to believe what was going on.
Shahid also said that he wants a sequel to ‘Kaminey’, but will, for now, be content with getting a role in Vishal Bhardwaj’s next adaptation of a William Shakespeare play. “I am glad I’m teaming up with Vishal once again for ‘Haidar’, his adaptation of Shakespeare’s ‘Hamlet’.”
Here’s hoping that after ‘Mausam’ and ‘Teri Meri Kahaani’, Shahid Kapoor finds his ‘Kaminey’ and ‘Jab We Met’ form. ‘Phata Poster Nikhla Hero’ releases on 20 September, 2013.
