[tps_footer]It is a rare occasion that one manages to see the Kapoor clan christmas get together. The first family of Bollywood had got together for a customary brunch on December 25, 2013 at Shashi Kapoor‘s house, Prithvi Apartments, Juhu for their annual Christmas lunch.
If one remembers, then Kareena Kapoor and Ranbir Kapoor spoke about how they look forward to their customary lunch at Koffee With Karan Season 4. So here they were the entire Kapoor clan all under one roof.
Each year, Shashi Kapoor and his late wife, Jennifer Kendal Kapoor, hosted the Christmas lunch for the family. From the past few years, Shashi Kapoor has not been in the best of health. However, the practice of the Christmas lunch has continued with Shashi playing host in Jennifer’s absence.
Veteran actor Shashi Kapoor made a rare appearance at the brunch that was organized for the entire film. Accompanying him was his son Kunal Kapoor. Hoveveer Sanjana was missing. Also seen was the late Raj Kapoor‘s wife Krishna Raj Kapoor at the get together. Neela Devi, Shammi Kapoor’s wife also made it a point to attend this family get together.
Rishi Kapoor came in with Neetu Kapoor, daughter Riddhima Sahni their granddaughter Samara Sahni. Randhir Kapoor along with Rajiv Kapoor were also preset at the Kapoor brunch. However Randhir’s wife Babita was missing at this family gathering.

Karisma Kapoor was looking chic in a black top and a pair of shocking pink chinos while sister Kareena Kapoor came in with husband Saif Ali Khan. Kareena Kapoor was dressed in a simple yet elegant ensemble. Ranbir Kapoor was spotted wearing a white shirt and blue denims. He joined his family at the brunch party with his buddies Ayan Mukherji and Aarti Shetty. Whether or not his girlfriend Katrina Kaif accompanied him we do not know.
Of what we know post the lunch, Ranbir Kapoor, Ayan Mukerji and Katrina Kaif will reportedly be flying to New York to bring in the New Year and Saif Ali Khan and Kareena Kapoor are off to their favourite holiday spot Switzerland.
