Madhuri Dixit, along with Huma Qureshi, was on the sets of Bigg Boss 7 Weekend Ka Wow With Salman Khan to promote her upcoming film Dedh Ishqiya. And they literally stole way the hearts of everyone present!
Madhuri Dixit mesmerized the live audience with her sensuous dance moves, from her latest Dedh Ishqiya song. She performed on Hamari Atariya, a beautiful rendition of Begum Akhtar’s popular Thumri. The song is penned down by legendary lyricist Gulzar and sung by Rekha Bhardwaj. The song has been choreographed by Remo D’Souza.
Madhuri is replacing Vidya Balan in the sequel of Ishqiya, and is playing a grey character, named Begum Para. Alongside Madhuri Dixit, Dedh Ishqiya stars Huma Qureshi, Arshad Warsi, Naseeruddin Shah and Vijay Raaz in pivotal roles. The film is directed by Abhishek Chaubey, and produced by Raman Maroo and Vishal Bhardwaj.
On Bigg Boss 7, which is Madhuri Dixit’s first appearance on a reality TV show to promote her comeback film, she will face a volley of questions by the host Salman Khan. Madhuri donned a lovely nine-yard, while Huma stuck to a red anarkali. Both had a blast with Salman on Bigg Boss 7.
Months ago Salman Khan had made an appearance on Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa 6 to promote Bigg Boss 7, where he was totally smitten by Madhuri Dixit. And even on Bigg Boss 7 when they both met again, the beautiful comradely and warmth they share was visible.
