[tps_footer]While Shahid Kapoor is quite the gentleman in real life, (case in point his chivalrous ways, SEE STORY HERE), on-screen, Shahid is playing quite the local thug in his upcoming film.
From the promos of R… Rajkumar, it is pretty evident that Shahid Kapoor is your average local hero. Flaying kicks, packing punches, spewing cheesy one-liners: he’s done it all. Shahid has danced like a dream, and romanced like never before.
So it was not surprising to see Shahid in his full tapori glory, on sets of popular comedy TV show Comedy Nights With Kapil. Shahid and Sonakshi were seen promoting their film, while sharing a few laughs with host Kapil Sharma.
In a basic grey tee, denims and a hoodie, Shahid looked every bit the chocolate boy hero he has now come to be. Except for his beard, which is a look he has specially maintained for this film. His co-star Sonakshi kept it casual (and non-ethnic, thank heavens!) in a nude pink blouse and black skinny jeans.
Needless to say, the episode with Shahid and Sonakshi was a laugh riot. R… Rajkumar, directed by Prabhu Deva, releases this week on 6 December, 2013.[/tps_footer]
