[tps_footer]Bollywood actress and amateur singer Shraddha Kapoor rcently visited the sets of singing reality show, India’s Raw Star, to promote her upcoming movie Haider. She was later accompanied by director and a fan of Shakespeare plays, Vishal Bhardwaj. However, Shahid Kapur, who plays the main lead in the movie, was not to be seen anywhere closeby.
Shraddha Kapoor looked lovely in a Diane von Furstenberg monochrome lace dress, a wrist watch, ankle strap scandals and hair tied neatly at the back. Raw Star host Gauhar Khan seemed to compete with the actress as she looked equally pretty in a blue beaded, uneven hemmed Namrata Joshipura dress, purple heels, side swept curls and lip gloss.
It was a pleasure to see Shraddha Kapoor joyous and interacting with her fans, signing autographs for them, and later breaking into a jig with mentor-cum-judge and famous Indian rap singer Yo Yo Honey Singh. Vishal Bhardwaj, on the other hand, gradually got involved in the fun.
Haider, directed by Vishal Bhardwaj and co-written by Bharadwaj and Basharat Peer, is a modern-day adaptation of William Shakespeare‘s Hamlet, set in Kashmir. The film stars Shahid Kapoor as Haider, Tabu as his mother and Shraddha Kapoor as Arshia, a journalist by profession and Haider’s love-interest. It releases along with Hrithik Roshan‘s Bang Bang!
