It’s a crucial day for Bollywood star Salman Khan, as court will announce final verdict on 2002 hit and run case. If found guilty, Salman would face 10 years of imprisonment.
Salman Khan was in Kashmir for the shooting of Kabir Khan’s Bajrangi Bhaijaan. The actor returned back to Mumbai yesterday for the final verdict hearing.
Salman’s family, close friends are pouring prayers and love in support of him. On social media websites fans have been showing their support by tweeting with the hashtags ‘#WeLoveYouSalmanKhan and #ISupportSalmanKhan’.
Also superstar Shah Rukh Khan visited Salman Khan’s home on the eve of the verdict. He was snapped outside Salman’s Galaxy Apartment in Bandra last night at 1 am. Arpita Khan, Sohail Khan, Sajid Nadiadwala, David Dhawan, Baba Siddiqui and a few others also visited his house.
Meanwhile, Salman Khan has left from his Galaxy Apartment to make way towards Mumbai’s session court. Also brother Sohail Khan has reached court for the final verdict. Number of fans gathered outside his apartment when he left for the court. Salman’s sisters Arpita Khan Sharma and Alivira Khan are also expected to be in court for the final verdict.
Salman has to be in court by 11:15 am and the verdict is expected to be out by 2pm.
Salman Khan’s car met with accident in suburban Bandra on September 28, 2002, killing one person and injuring four. The actor has denied that he was on the wheel during the accident in 2002. If convicted, he could spend up to 10 years in prison.
