The trailers of Bombay Velvet gave us few glimpses of what the film has in store for us. Directed by Anurag Kashyap, Bombay Velvet will take us back in time, as the film is set in 1960’s and will take us through the streets of Bombay before it became Mumbai. The film is about Johnny Balraj‘s journey, who sets out fighting all the odds just to fulfil his dream and become a ‘Big Shot’.
It takes a lot of preparations to make a film. For a film to have a strong impact on the audiences, every element needs to be worked out and crafted with proper precaution and care. A lot of hard work and time went behind finalizing the look of Ranbir Kapoor‘s character Johnny Balraj in Bombay Velvet. The makers of Bombay Velvet recently released a Behind-The-Scenes video that shows how Ranbir‘s character was prepared and what all changes were made. From Ranbir working out just fine and preparing hard enough to get inside his character’s skin and properly justify the character, the video specifies everything.
This will be first time that we’ll get to see Ranbir Kapoor in an action pack film and an aggressive character. Audiences’ expectations with Ranbir are quite high and after watching the video, we are more than sure that the actor will surely do every bit of justice to his character Johnny Balraj in Bombay Velvet.
