4) Joining Politics
In 1984, Amitabh Bachchan triumphed in the 8th Lok Sabha general elections from Allahabad. He said that joining politics was the wrong decision. He said, “I entered the field in the flow of emotions. But then I realised that emotions are very different from reality in the political arena. So I gave up. I have never thought of going back to politics since then.” However he resigned soon after 3 years.
