7) The Political Connection
The Bofors Scam created a lot of differences between Big B and Gandhi family which led Amitabh Bachchan joining the Samajwadi Party where he became good friend with Amar Singh. Later, Amar Singh was forced to leave the party, but Jaya Bachchan stayed with Samajwadi Party. This created a tiff between Big B and Amar Singh.
