Aditya Roy Kapur and Parineeti Chopra’s Daawat-e-Ishq, is the first film to get permission to shoot a sequence in Ambedkar Park in Uttar Pradesh.
The upcoming Aditya Roy Kapur and Parineeti Chopra starrer has just become the first film to be shot in Uttar Pradesh’s Ambedkar Park, popularly known as Mayawati Lawns.
The film Daawat-e-Ishq which is majorly shot in Lucknow and Hyderabad has also shot at a lot of new locations which the actors had not seen or been to previously.
The director and the creative team were very keen to shoot the film at this place as it was most appropriate for the script. However, they had inhibitions initially as no other film had been shot there so permission could have been an issue. But when they requested the concerned authorities for permission, they got a positive response and whoever has seen the shots has loved them. The team was very happy to have shot there.
Daawat-e-Ishq is an upcoming 2014 Bollywood comedy drama film directed by Habib Faisal and produced by Aditya Chopra under the banner of Yash Raj Films.
The film features actors Aditya Roy Kapur and Parineeti Chopra in the lead roles. Music of the film has been composed by Sajid-Wajid. The film is scheduled for worldwide release on September 05, 2014.
