Bollywood actress Aishwarya Rai Bachchan’s father Krishnaraj Rai passed away earlier today at a hospital in Mumbai.
Actress Aishwarya Rai Bachchan was in a tough phase currently as her father Krishnaraj Rai was under a serious health condition. He was admitted to the ICU of Lilavati Hospital in Mumbai for over a month. After a month of a fight with his health, Krishnaraj Rai left this world for a heavenly abode earlier today. He passed away earlier today, as confirmed by Aishwarya’s spokesperson.
Reportedly, Aishwarya Rai Bachchan’s father had cancer in the past and he likely had a recurrence. He was supposed to return home a couple of weeks back but due to the critical condition, he was shifted to the ICU.
Doctor said He was suffering from lymphoma cancer which spread to his brain. Today somewhere around 4pm he passed away. He was admitted 3 week back.
Many Bollywood celebrities were seen visiting Aishwarya’s father at the hospital. Abhishek and Aishwarya were seen throughout the time at the hospital and left home only to freshen up and meet their daughter Aaradhya.
Well, this is really unfortunate! It’s such a great loss for the family. Our condolences to Rai and Bachchan family.
