She is just seven films old, but she is a brand in herself. We are talking about none other than the Alia Bhatt.
When quizzed about her love life, the actor giggles. But she was displeased when asked about her alleged break up with Sidharth Malhotra and she said, “When were we dating to have broken up? Sid is still a part of my life and I do talk to him.” Earlier in an interview with another daily the Udta Punjab star said, “I have always taken the liberty to say that Sidharth will be an important part of my life because I am aware of that fact. Apart from that, I have never been secretive about my fondness for him.”
The duo were spotted together at the screening of Ae Dil Hai Mushkil in which Alia has done a cameo appearance.
But when asked about the new house that she is sharing with her sister Shaheen, the bubbly chirpy actress is evidently excited.
“I needed more space. It’s not that I didn’t have it at my parents’ house, but you have to think of other peoples’ timings too. I always knew that at some point I’d move out with my sister. Shaheen and I always wanted to live together and we can afford to now,” said the Humpty Sharma ki Dulhania actress who’s ‘washed out and un-done’ apartment is not too far from her parent’s house.
Alia, who is a self-confessed romantic, later spoke about falling in love at the age of 8. “I dated him for two years. I was planning babies in my head and all of that. He was a little possessive and I learnt not to let anybody tell me what to do.”
Alia will be seen next with Shahrukh Khan in Gauri Shinde’s Dear Zindagi which is co-produced by Karan Johar which is slated to release this November 25th.
