The newbie of tinsel town, Alia Bhatt is surely racing high on the success ladder. With back to back successful films, and promising performances in each one of them, Alia Bhatt has bagged one more amazing project.
Alia who was last seen in the film ‘Humpty Sharma Ki Dulhania’ opposite Varun Dhawan, has been roped in for a love story by ‘Lunchbox’ director Ritesh Batra. The title of the film is yet unknown, but this will be Ritesh’s second Hindi feature film. According to reports, the untitled film will go on floors next year. It is also said that Alia has already given a nod for the project, and the film will be an entertainer with a base of romance.
The feature film will be a love story from a young girl’s perspective. The official announcement for the same is yet to be made. Currently, the hunt for the male lead opposite Alia is on. With many projects in her kitty, Alia seems to be the hot favorite for all directors. The young actress is also roped in for Gauri Shinde’s untitled film opposite Shah Rukh Khan.

‘Lunchbox’ director Ritesh Batra, has been credited for his extravagant talent. The filmmaker became the talk of tinsel town after his movie Lunchbox earned laurels. Ritesh is currently shooting for his project ‘The Sense Of An Ending’ in the UK.
Apart from Ritesh Batra and Gauri Shinde’s projects, Alia will soon be seen in Vikas Bahl’s Shaandaar. The movie Shaandaar is a romantic tale which revolves around the theme of a destination wedding. Shaandaar stars handsome actor Shahid Kapoor opposite Alia Bhatt, and the film is scheduled to release on October 22, 2015.
