Amitabh Bachchan is a man with great caliber and is one who enjoys an unwavering support from nearly the whole nation. But he often gets embroiled in controversies that leave everyone shaken. Be it the Bofors case or anything else, everyone always assumes he gets sadly dragged into every matter. But this is one controversy that might make Amitabh Bachchan a bit edgy. A prime witness of 1984 anti-Sikh riots has accused Amitabh Bachchan of spitting venom about Sikhs.

Apparently, the witness Jagdish Kaur clearly remembers that she watched on Doordarshan how Bachchan yelled ‘Khoon ka badla khoon se laenge’ by raising his hand in the air. She is surprised how a crucial matter like this was overlooked and how no one bothered to file a case on Bachchan. After Indira Gandhi was assassinated, India erupted in hate clashes. Sikhs were slaughtered mercilessly. Kaur is sure everyone saw it because in those days there was just one channel.

A case has been registered against Amitabh Bachchan in Australia for the same reason. Kaur however is not too much interested in that. All she cares is to know why no one took action against him. Eversince that day, she stopped watching his movies or shows. The mention of him makes her uncomfortable. Kaur lost her husband, son and her brothers to the riots and doesn’t seem to be in a mood to forgive and forget.
