Bank Chor Riteish Deshmukh Spoofs Ra One Poster, Shah Rukh Khan's Reaction Is Too Funny!

Y-Films have come up with a different idea this time to promote their upcoming Riteish Deshmukh starrer Bank Chor. Shah Rukh Khan has a request for Riteish Deshmukh.

Looks like they are on a spoofing spree! After creating a spoof of their own trailer, the makers of the movie recreated the posters of blockbuster hits including The Dark Knight, Salman Khan starrer Wanted, Shah Rukh Khan starrer Ra.One among others.

We have seen Anushka Sharma playing with the iconic scenes from popular Bollywood films in the past, but with this promotional gimmick, Y-Films took it to a whole new level.

Business Of Cinema exclusively talked to Ashish Patil, the Producer of Bank Chor to know about how is it going to be different than other films. He showed us some of the promotional clips and talked about how he has experimented with the marketing style.

Talking about the insane comedy that the film has, he says,

“The closest reference I can think of is Deadpool. It’s very laughing at yourself.”

We have already shown you all the ‘Chori Ke Posters’ which the Bank Chors had stolen. Those included the posters of films like Tubelight, Dangal, Wanted, Ra. One, Dilwale Dulaniya Le Jayenge, La La Land, Jaws and many others. There are actually about 30 of them.

And when all this is happening in the world of entertainment, how can one expect the King of wit Shah Rukh Khan to not contribute and pull Riteish’s leg? While, on one side, we all were busy laughing at the spoof posters, SRK on the other, had a request for Riteish.

Meanwhile, the song, Lag Gayi Tashreef from the film Bank Chor has been released yesterday. It is real madness and you would totally relate to it if your tashreef has been taken by someone or something. But there is still a lot more on its way to add to the craziness of this comedy-thriller film. Bank Chor is slated to release on June 16, 2017.
