Bigg Boss 8 Contestant Natasha Stankovic Bags Lead Role

Salman Khan is a giver. He likes to help people whether or not you need it. Many have made him the throughfare to reach great heights in their career. But it is his penchant to help actresses get the debut they want in films that has often singed his hands. Be it from launching Somy Ali, to Zarine Khan, to Katrina Kaif. These actors owe their carer to Salman Khan. And now the latest edition to the list is Bigg Boss 8 contestant Natasa Stankovic.

Rumours are rife that it is Salman who recommended Natasa for the role.

Bigg Boss 8 contestant Natasha Stankovic has signed Saurabh Varma’s next, an investigative thriller titled ‘7 Hours to Go’ produced by Krian Media. The film is part of three film deal with Krian Media.

7 Hours to Go’ is a story of a man (Shiv Pandit) who comes to Mumbai looking for work and is an eyewitness to a murder. He ends up taking seven hostages and has only seven hours to figure out the mystery behind the crime. Natasha plays his love interest in the film.

The film, also starring Shiv Pandit, Kettan Singh, Sandeepa Dhar and Varun Badola is currently being shot in Mumbai.

Actress Elli Avram who made her debut with Saurabh Varma’s first film Mickey Virus had also gone to Bigg Boss.

Says Varma, “Elli had gone to Bigg Boss after completing the film as part of promotional campaign. However, Natasha made her presence felt with Bigg Boss and got selected for 7 Hours to Go after an audition”.

Saurabh Varma’s second film ‘Solid Patels’, a family comedy starring Shazahn Padamsee, Shiv Pandit, Vaishali Desai and Kettan Singh, is slated to release this year.
