MUMBAI: Bollywood’s brightest stars outshone their overhead celestial companions, at the recently held ‘Bright Advertising Anniversary’ Bash held in Mumbai. But Bipasha Basu took our breath away, quite literally. Bipasha Basu, Diana Hayden, Govinda, Suniel Shetty, Pooja Bedi, Aditya Panscholi all turned up to make this a very memorable night indeed. We also spotted Viveik Oberoi, looking slightly bemused (going by the quizzical expression on his face) and item girl Payal Rohatgi. We snuck a peak inside the party venue, and caught B’town hottie Sophie Chaudhry enthralling the guests with her on-stage performance. Also performing was Australian model and pop singer Aiysha Saagar.

And our little birdie revealed just how star-struck Mumbai fans are; for the star of the evening at the Bright Advertising bash, Bipasha Basu, got mobbed by her fans outside. Bipasha looked stunning in a printed asymmetrical A-line dress and a fringe, and the fans just couldn’t keep away.

Enroute to the eastern suburbs of Mumbai, Bipasha Basu was mobbed by fans who managed to break past security to catch a glimpse of the lovely actress.

Reveals a source present at the event, “Bipasha Basu had travelled to Saki Naka on one of her professional commitments only to be mobbed by her fans as the crowd gained momentum…They were screaming out her name and telling her they’ve watched Raaz and loved her in the film. Luckily security took charge post her media bytes and managed to safely escort her out of the hotel”.

And hapless damsel Bipasha confirmed the news, “Yes its true, things were pretty chaotic and the crowds had got uncontrollable…I managed to interact with the media but had to leave quickly after that.”
