The city of Chennai which is witnessing the havoc of nature is still drenched in rains and is claiming many lives. The destruction is immeasurable and tinsel town celebs like Shah Rukh Khan, Raveena Tandon, Priyanka Chopra, Parineeti Chopra amongst many others took to the micro blogging site Twitter to express their concern.

Chennai is still witnessing heavy showers but the relief camps are also not bogged down and are trying their best to minimize the loss. Here’s what the Bollywood celebs have to say about this-
Shah Rukh Khan tweeted, “May God look after all our brothers & sisters in Chennai. Nature’s fury is strong may we all have the strength to fight it. Insha Allah.”
Priyanka Chopra posted, “Oh beautiful chennai.. My heart aches for u.. Prayers for everyone affected.. I have family there too hope all is ok.. @vimmi2356

Tollywood is also not behind in expressing the concern for the victims of the flood, actor Siddharth has been following the floods keenly and is continuously active on the micro blogging site updating about the relief material needed. One of the tweets Siddharth made was, “Relief operations by army and navy in many areas. Thank you. In the meantime…look out your window. If you spot anyone reach out. #TNflood.”

Actor Dhanush is also updating on the material needed for the relief camps the actor has been posting various helpline numbers for the victims.
