Rakesh Roshan has landed in a legal hassle for his film ‘Krrish 3′. The film which releases in the year 2013 was the third part of the series. The movie was a hit at the box office and starred Hrithik Roshan in the main lead. Well, the movie is making headlines for all the wrong reasons lately.

A copyright infringement case has been filed against Rakesh Roshan by writer Roop Kumar Sonkar. The case was filed by the Dehradun-based writer in the month of May. The writer has alleged that Rakesh Roshan has copied some parts of his film ‘Krrish 3 from his novel Suardaan. The similarities are in terms of characterization and story.
