Yeh Hai India is a film based on the real life experience of the writer of the film, and it showcases what other people think about our country!
After being screened at the Cannes Film Festival and the FOG film festival in the USA, the film Yeh Hai India is finally going to be brought to the Indian audience. The project is based the country and its perception in the mind of the foreigners.
Director-writer of the film Lomharsh was in Australia for his higher studies when he realized the kind of differentiation that happens when it comes to our country. “When I was there, I realized that people are jealous of India and Indians. And there’s a reason behind that- we are over talented. What they do in 8 hours, we can do in just 3 hours,” said Harsh. View this post on Instagram

Talking about the motive behind making this film, he said, “I thought that there was a need of a film, which could show what the real India is. It should tell the Indians about their responsibilities as well as make them realize that they are a part of such a beautiful country. In the foreign, it should have an impact on the NRIs as well as the foreigners, telling them about the country which has made some great contributions.”
Gavie Chahal, who has earlier been seen in films like Ek Tha Tiger and Tiger Zinda Hai, is the lead of the film. “To be a part of such a wonderful idea, I felt that I will be making a contribution towards the country, even if it is through a film. That was what made me take up this project,” said the actor.
Produced by Sandeep Choudhary, Yeh Hai India is set to release in India on May 24, this year.
