Miss World 2017 Manushi Chhillar in an exclusive interview with Business Of Cinema.com
Seventeen years after Priyanka Chopra was crowned Miss World, another Indian girl makes the country feel proud. No guesses, of course, we are talking about Manushi Chhillar. She won the coveted Miss World 2017 pageant recently in China that saw 108 contestants from different countries. Manushi Chillar received the much-desired crown from previous year’s Miss World winner Stephanie Del Valle from Puerto Rico. Manushi has brought pride back to the country and Indians just can’t get enough of her.
Nobody knew her until she won Miss World 2017 crown and now she is queen to billions of people. In an exclusive interview with Business Of Cinema.com, Manushi Chhillar talked about how it feels after winning the crown.
Manushi Chhillar, who had earlier this year won the Femina Miss India 2017, also shared that she realized about winning the crown only after returning back to India. The beauty also gets candid about how her life has unfolded from joining medical college to being Miss World 2017.
Manushi says, “I always say that you never know how life unfolds. At the same time, I’m very curious kid and have tried so much…I have not only been trained in Kuchipudi dance, but also in different forms of dance as well. I was so much involved in everything that eventually helped me out. I love being on the stage but when it came to education, I knew I wanted to study about medicine. I always knew I wanted to learn more.”
Manushi Chhillar speaks about the thoughts that she was going through minutes before she was crowned. Manushi also has an amazing message for all the girls out there who are chasing their dreams.
